However, the real goal of the app is that it enables parents to enforce the rules even when the kids don’t use the home Wi-Fi network powered by one of Netgear’s supported Wi-Fi broadcasters.
On top of that, the service also comes with a separate My Time App that allows the children to monitor themselves based on the rules set by the parents. Indeed, the Smart Parental Controls service, which is also an app itself, is Netgear’s first home-grown product of its type.
